Lucid Lynx Release Party and Geeknic

The next release of Ubuntu (Lucid Lynx), is due on April 29th. There will be a geeknic on the May Bank holiday weekend, Sunday 2nd May 2010 starting at 1pm. For those unfamiliar with the term, a Geeknic is a picnic of geeks.

Farmleigh Park in Phoenix Park, are again holding a Food Market on that day. The last event here seemed to go very well. All of the family are welcome, and there's plenty of food on sale!

Dublin Bus route 37 travels near the park

We will follow-up the geeknic at the Bull and Castle, Christchurch from 6pm, maybe earlier if raining.
